Unity Lab was a wonderful experience, both because of the intentionality behind the modules, but also because of the space it created with my other group members.  The content facilitated an open and welcoming environment to discuss hard topics and support each other and what we shared with the group.  It was such a great experience that I keep in touch with many of my fellow group members to this day!
